Dine When You Want

• No need to rush, no need to watch the clock -- you can dine almost anytime you like. Our main dining rooms are open from 5:30 PM to midnight, so you can enjoy a sumptuous sit-down dinner when you're ready to eat. (You must, however, be seated by 10 PM). Alternative food stations, buffets and restaurants featuring a wide variety of cuisine are open extended hours.
  
• Even night owls don't have to worry about going to bed hungry. Lavish midnight buffets and NCL's famous Chocoholic Buffet will see to that! And early risers can greet the dawn with cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven.
  Room service is always available, 24 hours a day.

Worry-Free, Convenient, No hassle tipping.
On traditional cruises, guests waited until the last night to tip room stewards and restaurant servers. You had to get bills in the proper denominations, stuff them in envelopes, then hand them to each individual. With Freestyle Cruising you can enjoy your last night at sea, just take advantage of our No-worries gratuities service, automatic and easy, but still optional and your choice.

Service charge is automatically applied to your shipboard account.

• $10 per guest per day, for guests age 13 and above
  
• $5 per day for children age 3-12 (no charge for children under the age of three).
  
• All service personnel on board receive gratuities from this service charge

Recreation, Entertainment, Day or Night.For guests who don't want to waste a minute of their cruise, NCL offers day and night activities, including a new series of programs to stimulate your mind and challenge your body. Do it all or nothing at all. With Freestyle Cruising is always your choice.

This Is Your Vacation. Dress the Way Your Spirit Moves You. Dress the way your spirit moves you on NCL's Freestyle ships. From "Resort casual" attire to formal wear, it's all up to you. Although some occasions may require specific attire, a jacket and tie are typically not required on board. On NCL you can express your style whenever and wherever you choose.

• "Resort Casual" is a much more comfortable way to dress for dinner.
  
• For ladies, "Resort casual" attire means sundresses, blouses, sweaters, slacks and skirts.
  
• For gentlemen "Resort casual" attire means shirts with collars, such as polo shirts, and khakis or trousers.
  
• Jeans, shorts, T-shirts, swimsuits and beachwear are not permitted in the restaurants after 5:30 PM. (This policy does not apply in casual buffets and restaurants such as the Garden Café on the Norwegian Sky.)
  
• Dressing up is always an option for everyone.
  
• The tradition of mandatory "formal nights" on NCL ships has been changed to optional formal nights.

No more rushing, then vacating your stateroom and sitting around on the ship waiting to disembark. If you don't have an early flight to catch, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, then wait in your stateroom for your disembarkation call.

Norwegian Dawn Sister ship to the brilliant Norwegian Star. She offers 10 international restaurant choices and 13 distinctive bars and lounges. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness Center, Mandara Spa®, Broadway-style theater and Dawn Club Casino - one of the most exciting casinos afloat. For those looking for complete privacy, the Dawn has two separate multi-room villas with panoramic views of the ocean, a rooftop terrace and private gardens. Norwegian Dawn will join our fleet in December 2002.
