If we don't know the answer to your question, we know where to go to find out.

Safety
We want you to know that GalaxSea Cruises and Tours has been in business since 1989 and has been providing quality vacations to thousands of people. We represent only the highest quality suppliers that are financially sound and have a proven track record. We sell only the highest quality travel insurance policies from Access America. All payments made by cash, check or money order are sent immediately to the supplier and is not held here in our office. All credit card payments are transmitted immediately directly to the supplier. We will cheerfully provide you with verification from the supplier that your money is on deposit with them (not in our bank account). We do not hold any client funds in our bank accounts.

Convenience
We are open most days until 6 PM Eastern Time. You can talk to a cruise counselor most anytime and on most weekends from 10 AM until 2 PM (major holidays we are closed). Most customer service calls are handled immediately.
